Not yo Mamma's Oatmeal

I've had patients come into my office for their first consultation, totally terrified by the doctor's findings and lab results, that decide to do everything they've head that helps with heart health, blood sugar control, kidney health, etc. A common change people make is to change their regular breakfast to oatmeal.
