During the holidays, there are many tempting holiday dishes, appetizers, drinks and snacks that typically make achieving and maintaining our health goals difficult. In this class we learn how navigate certain holiday traditions, strategies to stay healthy during family gatherings, and ways of modifying recipes to reduce fat and sugar content but remain tasty. Samples of recipes will be provided on-demand. Classes are typically held for groups of 4 or more in the location of your choice.
