Schedule appointments by logging into the getHealthie website or the Healthie app. At the Follow-up visits I obtain new information and reassess how previous interventions have worked for you. Specifically, we reassess health goals, follow up on recommendations from previous consultations, and modify or add goals. We also review many meals uploaded into the healthie app and diet history and discuss appropriate changes to provide help with meal planning, food ideas, and/or shopping tips.
